The Palms Resort is a true Family Friendly Resort in every sense.

First let us take where The Palms is situated:

We are right in the middle of Kamala Beach Road, which is not a busy traffic road, so when you walk out of the resort you are where you want to be. You only need to take a few steps in either direction, and you can have your pick of great sea food or Thai restaurants and shops all nearby.

Across the beach road, and directly opposite The Palms Resort, is the fabulous Kamala Beach. The white sandy beach is just perfect for kids and adults alike, and as the sand slopes gently into the sea, it is also a safe beach for children to play.

At night time with the family is also easy, as it only takes a short walk to find a wide range of different types of food, food that is sure to suit all members of the family. Or take a stroll down to the beach at night, to sit eating at a local beach restaurant while over looking the gentle lapping of the sea.

The Palms Resort Apartments and Penthouses:

The Palms has been designed to be suitable for Families or groups of friends. All of our units are very spacious, and are ideal for either 4 guests together in our apartments, or 6 guests together in the penthouses. You will not be all squashed together in one room, or have to make do with adjoining bedrooms. Our units have either two or three king sized bedrooms, and all bedrooms have their own TV's, phones, air conditioning and even adjoining bathrooms as well, so you are not all sharing one bathroom.

All units have their own fully equipped western kitchens with western appliances, where you can prepare meals (if you really want to), breakfast bars and stools, dining area, and comfortable lounges with flat screen TV and DVD players. Where you can watch what "you want" on TV, because the kids have their own TV in the guest bedrooms!

The Palms Children Friendly Swimming Pool:

We have even designed one of our two swimming pools to be suitable for children. We have made it quite shallow, or at least it is for adults, but is perfect for children to play or learn in. As they can easily stand up in it, it encourages them to try to swim. Many parents have come and told us that their children have learned how to swim here at The Palms.

The Palms Family Friendly Staff:

We are really proud of our staff, but then we have every reason to be, as we receive numerous guest emails and comments from our guests telling how good they think our staff are. Nothing is ever a problem for them, and they are particularly good with children too, so if your children tend to stay happy, it help makes your holiday far more enjoyable.

 Relax in safety at night:

You can also relax at night in our specially designed for comfort king sized beds knowing that your children are safely in the same apartment with you, not in an adjoining hotel room. If they do happen to wake up at night, then all they have to do just wander into your bedroom.

After you have tried a family holiday in either one of our apartments, or penthouses and realized the amazing amount of space you all have, you will find it very difficult to ever just book into a hotel again in the future...... unless it is just the two of you on your own that is!
