PALMS FITNESS CENTRE

Our air-conditioned Fitness Centre has been fitted out with the latest Cardio Vascular machines, together with top quality training equipment including the 3-Stage Multi Gym, a full selection of free weights, as well as an exercise bal and apparatus for its use.

A feature one-way glass simultaneously ensures privacy while you workout and offers the view of the pool below.

OPENING HOURS: 8am - 8pm every day.

CHANGING FACILITIES:

- ladies and gent's changing rooms - lockers - showers - toilets
