OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS


-	Additional Guests are subject to an extra person charge. THB 1,000 (adult) and THB 500 (Child) 2-11 years
-	Deposit - a 10% Non Refundable Deposit is required before your Booking is Confirmed
-	Balance payment for the total booking amount is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments for Bookings less than six weeks in advance are required in full.
-	Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 persons in 2 Bedroom Suites, and 6 persons in 3 Bedroom Suites.
-	Children 12 years old or above are considered as adults, Infants under 2 years using a baby cot are Free of charge.
-	All Suites rates are inclusive of Full Buffet Breakfast.
-	All Suites rates quoted INCLUDE 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
-	All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
-	All Suites include a full western kitchen, appliances, 2 bathrooms, 2 KS bedrooms, lounge/dining and balcony.
-	All Suite rates include FREE Gym use for ages 16 years and over.
-	All Cancellations of 30 days or less before arrival date and No-Shows are Non-Refundable.
-	In the event of an Early Check Out, The Palms will make a charge of the set one day rate.
-	Check In Time is after 2 pm; Check Out Time is before 12 Noon.
-	All Apartments and Penthouses receive twice weekly room service. Additional Cleaning days at additional Rate.
All above rates are quoted on a per night basis, and valid for up to 2 Guests. All of our Apartments are suitable for 4/5 Guests for a small additional charge. All of our Penthouse are suitable for 6/7 Guests for a small additional charge. All our units and common areas have FREE Wi-Fi INTERNET !
